I responded the same day, the 17th, with more details of my issue and asked about return options. ******* responded there was not a customer service phone line on January 17th (6 days later). I responded hours later asking for the customer service phone number to talk through my options thinking that would be easier. ******* responded to my ticket the afternoon of January 11th (6 days later) and seemed mildly dismissive of my issue "We've never heard of that problem with our charger," but they agreed to help. I submitted the contact form to Ohsnap Januwith details of my issue. It appears Ohsnap assigns ticket numbers to specific employees, and that ******* is the only person with access to my ticket.

I was connected with ******* and given a ticket number (#******). I contacted Ohsnap via their customer contact form as their return link was not working when I attempted to initiate a return.

I followed all included instructions on how to use the charger with my phone. When I used the charger with their power block it overheated my phone and did not charge it. On their website, my phone (Pixel 7 Pro) was listed as compatible with their charger. The power adapter was ordered specifically to be used with their proprietary phone charger in the Grip Power Kit. The items in my order were (1) Grip Power Kit $59.99 and (1) 20W Power Adapter.
